Hilary Burnett is a certified Pilates instructor through The Pilates Center of Boulder, Colorado. She teaches workshops and classes, and trains individuals. A Northwest native, mother of four and tofu aficionado, Hilary's passion for matwork shines through in this video series. The matwork taught in this series is portable, elemental and empowering.
